Kagura dance traces its roots back to Shinto and was performed in rituals in ancient times. Over the ages, Kagura has evolved into several variations and styles. In particular, the area around the northern part of Hiroshima, Kagura was developed into a popular form of entertainment by adding dramatic performances.

☆Cherry Blossom Viewing in Hiroshima☆

Best season of Cherry Blossom Viewing is coming soon in Hiroshima!
It's from the end of March to April. Hiroshima has many viewing spots, such as Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima castle, and Shukukeien park.
Let me introduce some of popular one for you guys!

Hiroshima Castle
There are about 440 of Cherry Blossom, you can enjoy it whole day!


Peace Memorial Park
There are few rivers near by, and view from there is awesome! You can just sit back and relax and enjoy both Cherry Blossom and the sound of a rushing creek.


Shukukeien Garden
There are about 205 of Cherry Blossom. You can enjoy both Cherry Blossom and Japanese traditional garden at once!
Also there will be Tea ceremony in early April!

Hijiyama Park
This is one of popular spot in Hiroshima. There are 1300!! of Cherry Blossom and if you go there at night, you can enjoy beautiful night scene and Cherry Blossom!

Yunoyama Onsen (Yunoyama hot spring)
There is a hot spring spa but it's not that hot, only 23.5℃. Enjoy both spa and Cherry blossom!

Hanami(Cherry-viewing party) is a typical event in Japan. In Hiroshima, many people enjoy this at those places! How about holding such a party under the cherry trees like local Japanese?
